Town transformed for Dad’s Army set

Hundreds of people have turned out to catch a glimpse of the stars from the new Dad’s Army movie as a big, set-piece scene was filmed in a seaside town. The movie’s production team has spent days transforming the Old Town of Bridlington, East Yorkshire, into the fictional Walmington-on-Sea in the 1940s.
